There are many opportunities and ways for you to help us through your time.

You can volunteer by fundraising through the endless list of options, such as sponsoring us for a run, a bake off, Tough Mudder, organising special events, your helping hand in our shop and café. All this goes towards making a difference in rebuilding the lives of those who need us.

Alternatively, would you, your colleagues, friends or family be interested in lending your time and a little bit of elbow grease to help survivors of domestic abuse? Often accommodation acquired at short notice is not quite up to scratch.

With the help of volunteers, often from the corporate sector, churches or local community, we can arrange a painting service to spruce the place up. We do ask for a nominal fee of £20 per day to cover our travel and admin fee.
